Electronic Archieving

Journal of Community Empowerment manages publication documents electronically to support administrative order, information security, and sustainable access to published scientific articles. Archiving includes submission documents, editorial processes, peer review, and published versions of articles.

1.     Submission and Storage of Manuscripts

Manuscripts are submitted through an online journal management system. Documents stored include initial manuscripts, supporting files, authors' statements, review results, editorial correspondence, revised manuscripts, and final versions for publication. Each document is linked to the identity of the submission so that the manuscript processing history can be traced.

2.     File Format

Manuscripts and supporting documents must be submitted in the format set forth in the author guidelines and/or templates. Files must be openable, readable, and free from damage. Published articles are provided in an electronic format supported by the journal.

3.     Version Management

Journal of Community Empowerment keeps a history of manuscript versions during the editorial process. Authors are required to upload revisions through the same submission according to the editor's direction so that changes and editorial decisions can be traced.

The published version of the article becomes the official version. Substantive changes after publication are made through a correction mechanism or editorial notice connected to the article.
